Clasp both hands together, placing them on forehead, press backwards that means your hands are applying backward pressure on your forehead and your forehead equal pressure forwards such that no motion of head and neck take place.
Now place your hands at the back of head both hands clasped together and applying pressure forwards and your head and neck applying pressure backwards such that no motion occurs at the head or neck.
Now place one hand at your one ear say right ear and apply pressure inwards that is towards left but make sure head remains neutral that is you are applying equal force or pressure with your head towards your right hand that is placed on right ear.
Repeat the same with the opposite ear. For each exercise you push for 10 seconds and relax. Repeat 10 times.
